As part of the redevelopment of Club Liverpool at 185 George Street, Arrow Metal was engaged to manufacture custom 3D perforated aluminium façade panels designed to create a distinctive architectural feature for the building’s exterior.

As part of the redevelopment of Club Liverpool at 185 George Street, Arrow Metal was engaged to manufacture custom 3D perforated aluminium façade panels designed to create a distinctive architectural feature for the building’s exterior.

Arrow Metal fabricated a series of precision-folded perforated aluminium panels that form a dynamic geometric façade. Manufactured from 3mm aluminium with P240 perforations, the panels provide a carefully balanced level of openness while maintaining the visual solidity required for the architectural design.

Each panel incorporates multiple precision folds that create a series of triangular facets across the surface. This folded geometry produces a subtle three-dimensional effect across the façade, allowing light and shadow to interact with the panels throughout the day and creating a constantly changing visual expression.

To achieve the project’s refined finish, the panels were powder coated using Interpon D2525 Champagne Shimmer, delivering both a premium metallic appearance and long-term durability suitable for exterior architectural applications.

The completed façade demonstrates Arrow Metal’s capability in delivering high-quality architectural metalwork, combining precise fabrication, durable finishes and design-driven manufacturing to support contemporary façade design.
