We have a comprehensive range of metals available, including aluminium, stainless steel, steel, brass, pre-galvanised steel and galvanneal.

We typically recommend aluminium for exterior applications which is known for its corrosion resistance and durability. With the right finish, the material has an extremely long lifespan. Stainless steel can also be used for exterior applications. However, there are many different finishes to stainless steel and what is specified depending on your project applications and your budget. We stock an extensive range of products in our warehouse in Silverwater which can be dispatched immediately. If we do not have particular requirement in stock, our sales executives could give you an estimated delivery lead time at the time we provide you with a quote. The same is applied to custom projects that require bespoke perforation designs. Our sales executives can work closely with you to make sure our products can be delivered to your project on time.

We have a large range of perforated metal and woven wire mesh, in various metals and finishes. We have a wealth of experience, and if you have a particular metal products in mind that we do not currently stock, talk to us, we may find a solution for you.

In our manufacturing facility we operate state of the art punching machines operated by dedicated and qualified staff, who constantly monitor each procedure, ensuring high quality and quick delivery.

Having our in-house processing and manufacturing facility means we can create custom products that meet our customer’s specific requirements.

To compliment our manufacturing facility, we also stock a large and expanding inventory, some of which is made in-house, some is sourced from the most reputable suppliers.

Grade 304 and 316 are the two most popular grades in the stainless steel family. According to ASSDA, typical applications for 304 include architecture, food and beverage processing, equipment and utensils, commercial and domestic kitchen construction, sinks, and plant for chemical, petrochemical, mineral processing and other industries. Grade 316 is considered as the ‘marine grade’. Applications for grade 316 particularly include boat and structural fittings; architectural components particularly in marine, polluted or industrial environments; food and beverage processing equipment; hot water systems; and plant for chemical, petrochemical, mineral processing, photographic and other industries. Perforated Metal FAQ

Our most popular perforations are round holes. However, we can also perforate other shapes, including diamonds, slots, rectangles, squares and raised perforations. You can check out our stock list here. If you have a requirement outside of our current range, contact us to discuss your need.

Woven Wire Mesh FAQ

Woven wire mesh is manufactured by weaving longitudinal and transverse wires together and range in size from very fine meshes through to coarse and high tensile meshes.

Woven wire mesh is very versatile, as fine meshes can be achieved with the use of fine wire strands. It can be used in a wide range of applications, using in fencing and balustrade, in making sieving and grading disks. Woven Wire Mesh is commonly used in many industries, including architectural, industrial, environmental, food and beverages, mining and safety.
